Yes — safety is our top priority. We use eco-friendly, low-toxicity products that are tough on pests but safe for your family and pets. We'll let you know if there are any short precautions to take after treatment, but in most cases you can carry on as normal.
A standard general pest treatment takes about 45 minutes to an hour for a typical home. Larger properties or more complex jobs (like termite inspections) may take a bit longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Not usually. Our products are safe to use while you're home. For certain treatments we may ask you to vacate a specific room for a short time, but we'll always let you know in advance.
Keep treated areas dry for a few hours and avoid mopping or wiping down baseboards and skirting boards for at least a week — this lets the product do its job. Other than that, carry on as normal.

In Cairns, we recommend a professional termite inspection at least once a year. Our tropical climate is ideal for termites, and early detection is the key to avoiding costly damage. If you've had termite activity before, 6-monthly checks are a good idea.
Look out for hollow-sounding timber, mud tubes along walls or foundations, bubbling or cracked paint, tiny holes in woodwork, and discarded wings near windows or doors. If you notice any of these, call us right away — the sooner we catch it, the less damage they do.
